My son has been having a blast with these sets and will sit there for hours changing the builds around. The pieces fit together well, and it’s one of the few toys he hasn’t gotten bored with right away. I haven’t had to deal with customer service, thankfully, because I usually don’t trust companies to be much help once they’ve got your money. But the product itself has been great so far

I was a little unsure at first because I’m always second-guessing sizes and age recommendations, especially when I’m ordering stuff online while half-distracted with coffee in hand. But the age guide ended up being spot on for us, so that was a nice surprise

I was expecting the refund process to be a headache, but it went through without any hassle. That was a relief, because these things can easily turn into a frustrating back-and-forth. Still, I’m glad I didn’t have to chase anyone down for it

It was missing a few bits when it arrived, which was kinda annoying. Not the end of the world, but yeah, I wish everything had been included

I’ll give LEGO credit, the theme selection is really good. My kid bounces from Star Wars to Minecraft to whatever the next obsession is, and thankfully I can usually find something without having to dig through five different stores.

They’ve got the big collector sets and the smaller easy gifts too, which is nice when you’re just trying to pick something and be done with it. The prices are still very much Lego prices, unfortunately, but the variety is what keeps me coming back.

I ordered a set from LEGO, the instructions were super easy to follow. My kid and I put it together without getting stuck too often, which made the whole thing way more enjoyable. Each step actually made sense, and the pictures helped a lot. I also really liked how the bags matched up with the booklet, because that kept everything organized. I think other customers, especially parents building with their kids, would really appreciate how relaxed and fun the whole process feels...

I bought a set recently and was happy to see the paper bags and the recycling info included. It’s a small thing, but it made the whole purchase feel a bit better, if that makes sense. Nice to see LEGO making an effort to cut down on plastic.

It’s not bad overall, but the points feel a little slow to add up. Compared to some other rewards programs I’ve tried, this one takes more patience before you really see anything worthwhile.

Delivery was reliable, which is all I really needed. It showed up when expected, no weird delays or chasing anyone down, and I could just get on with my day. Not super exciting, I guess, but in a good way...

I ordered a missing piece for my set and, to be fair, lego did send it for free, which I appreciated. But the whole process felt a bit vague. They made it sound like it would be handled quickly, but there wasn’t much info after that, and I was just left waiting and guessing. When the part finally arrived it was the right one, so that was good. Overall it worked out, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

I ordered a Lego set for my nephew’s birthday, and it showed up really fast. The box was in great shape too, which is always a relief when you’re giving it as a gift. He ended up playing with it pretty much all day, so I’d definitely call it a win.

I’ve bought from lego.com a handful of times now, not loads, but enough to feel comfortable with it. The boxes have always shown up in good condition, tracking is usually straightforward, and the one time there was a small issue, they handled it without much fuss. I don’t know, it just feels like the safer option when buying LEGO directly.

I ended up ordering from lego because they had an exclusive set I couldn’t find anywhere else. What else was I supposed to do, miss out on it? Checkout was super easy, and the order showed up right when they said it would. It’s not always the cheapest option, sure, but for special sets? Totally worth it. Plus, isn’t it just nicer buying straight from lego instead of wondering what you’re getting from some random reseller?

I still really like Lego, and the quality is definitely there, but the prices feel steep these days. Some sets feel worth it, while others make me pause and trust my instinct to wait. Most of the time I hold off until there’s a sale. It’s still fun to build, but the value could be better, so I’d give it 3 stars.

I’ve learned not to get too excited or buy too quickly unless it’s a set I really want and the deal actually makes sense
